Dear Marty and Gensen,

Where do we begin...The last six months since we brought Primo into our home have been everything we thought it would be and more. As first time dog owners, it was very easy to get adjusted to life with this intelligent animal. He was trained almost immediately. The very first day he came home he slept in his crate the entire night without a peep or an accident. He is extremely smart and quick to learn any instruction we ask of him. He is wonderful and very gentle with our three children. He instinctively knows whom to be gentle with and whom to play harder with. He is a real gentleman when company comes over. He always knows his place.

In the four months we waited for Primo, both you and Gensen were extremely helpful and patient with any and all questions we had for you. We can't walk anywhere without wonderful compliments about his looks and behavior. He is a gem.
